I would like a grant to help grow my business, to buy equipment, supplies, and pay for employee wages.

What started out as a way to earn a little money to survive when my husband was laid off from his job has grown into a mission to unite women from all walks of life in acceptance of ourselves and others.

SugarPlumps are designed and handcrafted to inspire women to live up to our full potential.  Each healing figure displays a word charm representing a thought or reminder of our individual needs.  Whether we need to learn to love ourselves, so we can truly love others; or laugh at ourselves and embrace our uniqueness, we need to imagine a world where beauty is not dictated by the media, and believe we are all beautiful, powerful beings.  We should nurture and honor ourselves, each other and the world around us to ultimately create and accept the life we deserve.
